Would being caught changing a price tag by security at your local Wal-Mart go on your personal record?

A friend of mines was caught not to long ago at Wal-mart, changing the prices, and buying them. That %26quot;friend%26quot; was caught on camera and was detained by security guards. They photo copied %26quot;friend%26#039;s%26quot; D.L. and took a photo of %26quot;friend.%26quot; They also recorded some of her information. They then exchanged %26quot;friend%26#039;s%26quot; with %26quot;friend%26#039;s%26quot; money back. And was told that %26quot;friend%26quot; was banded from Wal-mart, and would be arrested if seen again. WOULD THIS TYPE OF ACTION SHOW AND BE ON A PERSON%26#039;S BACKGROUND CHECK AND SHOW UP ON RECORD?

Please, yahoo%26#039;ers. I need you guys to help answer my question. Thank you.|||Probably not. Wal Mart is not the police department, and your friend is fortunate they did not call the police and have her charged. That said, it%26#039;s not a matter of any public record.|||yes, this would most likely go on the personal records, it also depends on whether or not the judge decides tho..|||It depends whether or not the police were contacted and a report was filed. If a fine was not given, chances are police were not notified. However, Wal-Mart could press charges at a later time. Business%26#039; usually do not wait more than two weeks to press charges (with the evidence obtained at the time of the crime). Also, it sounds as though Wal-Mart evenly exchanged the price of the items that your friend was jipping from them.|||oohh naww though that %26quot;friend%26quot; is a G for doing that.
