It looks nearly identical to Fallout 3, except with a different setting. And from what I've heard, it pretty much is. So my question is: is this kind of just a game with a full price tag that really is just Fallout 3 with some changes? Or is it gonna be totally different?

it's likely to have similar game play but will be completely different. it will be developed by obsidian not bethesda who made fallout 3. so it should have some original ideas.

Am not 100% sure but I THINK its going to be the same like the form of it picking up weapons, side quests on the way killing etc BUT it might be diff rent because its not vault 101 anymore its a whole new character its a new vault, new objective like the F3 the objective was to find your dad and finish his work. Not so sure and I just cant wait for it to come out! November!
