That is a custom paint job.
The paint is called Pearlescent Paint. It changes color in the light.
There are different Pearlescent Paints. You can get one that is orange by day and red by night Or Blue by day and Green by night or in shade.
Aston Martins go for more than $200,000.
A Pearlescent Paint Job costs more than $4,000.
It could have been any Aston Martin. Most people on MTV Cribs own the Vanquish and DB9.
Normal Paint is called Gloss.
Metallic Paint is a nicer paint used on expensive sportscars.

that was the vanquish, and it was custom flip flop paint (from a custom paint shop, not from AM)
Here's the only car I've ever heard of that had this from the factory:
In 1996 Ford also introduced the Mystic Cobra which featured color shifting paint manufactured by BASF. The paint was black based, and depending on the angle you looked at the car the colors shifted from black to burgandy to brown to gold.
