People were complainng 4 years ago about a $40 million price tag... so WHAT JUSTIFICATION in the WORLD could account for $150 million???
In today's economy... do we need to WASTE this much? Tax payer's dollars... don't we have bills better paid??? Donations... aren't their causes that could USE this money???
