Can i get a refund if i've taken the price tag off?

i bought 2 bras in a pack %26amp; when i tried them in the changing rooms they seemed to fit, but when i wore them at home, they didnt

i have taken the price tag off %26amp; now would like to return them

would i still be able to get a refund or exchange?

the receipt says: 'We are happy to exchance or refund any item in a saleable condition returned to us, with a receipt, within 90 days'

%26amp; i only got them last friday

it says if they're saleable, but they're in good condition just without the tag on it

i got them from marks %26amp; spencer



do you think they would give me a refund/exchange?

That is only for underwear such as Knickers that have been opened.

IF it a bra then you CAN take it back.

I have shopped with M%26amp;S for over 20 years and have taken many bras back.

AS LONG as you HAVE the reciept you can take it back!



Likewise with knickers but they can't have been opened from their pack.



They CAN resell the items such as bras as they just need to be retagged with a price tag. Knickers in packs can also be resoled as long as the packet was not opened, If they are free standing knickers etc (Ie no pack and on a hanger) then you can still take them back as long as those have the tags on.

Probably if you still have the tags.
It depends on where you bought them. VS will not accept any return once the tags have been taken off the bras. Other stores will offer a store credit.

no, most companies do not take used underwear back...it is exempt from their refund policies....they cant re sell it.
Take them back and try, you never know unless you try.

What is excluded from refunds?

Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on toiletries, cosmetics, bra accessories, earrings for pierced ears, Food and any opened duvet or pillow product. If your curtain or cushion order is made specifically for you, once payment is taken, no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made. We will then organise for the goods to be collected by our courier usually within 5-7 days of a return being agreed with our team. Under distance selling legislation you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are opened or damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable we will not be able to accept the return and no refund will be made. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
